Navigating the pathways of growth and transition. My coaching helps career professionals and
growth-minded individuals reclaim their spark and live with purpose.
We all hit those points where we know we’re capable of more, but we just
aren't sure how to get there. Whether you're navigating a transition at
work or chasing a personal goal, I’m here to help you find your way.
My coaching is pretty simple: we figure out exactly where you want to go, identify what's holding you
back, and
create a path to get you moving.
My practice is rooted in the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Core Competencies. This means
our partnership is built on a foundation of strict confidentiality, ethical practice, and a
"thought-provoking" process designed to maximize your potential.
Less overthinking, more doing.
If you're ready to level up your career and your life, let's

About Me
For over 25 years, I have worked in companies spanning from startups and education technology to
consulting and large multinational software companies. With over two decades of experience as a leader,
managing teams of upwards of 40 employees, and working directly with C-level executives, I have
acquired a keen awareness of what it takes to grow and achieve career goals at every level of an
organization.
As the head of a global platform engineering organization at SAP, I lead teams building highly-secure
cloud platforms for the world's most regulated industries. Beyond the technology, I am deeply committed
to the professional development of our talent—mentoring everyone from interns and early-career
individuals to experienced professionals and leaders. In
parallel, I serve as an SAP Global Coach, helping individuals navigate and scale their own
professional journeys.
As a father of three, a long-time youth sports coach, and a Big Brothers Big Sisters volunteer,
I’ve spent much of my life helping young people find their footing. Whether it's on a court or in an
office, my goal is the same: to help someone see their own potential and then give them the tools to
reach it.
I strongly believe that being involved in the community and giving back not only helps me "pay it forward", but
also brings personal fulfillment and satisfaction that inspires my actions in my personal, professional, and
coaching life. Engaging with diverse perspectives through mentorship allows me to see the many 'pathways' people
navigate. It keeps my coaching lens wide and ensures I’m bringing fresh, real-world empathy to every session.
Currently, my involvement includes offering pro-bono transition/career coaching
sessions for
high-school students and new college graduates. These experiences provide a sense of purpose that fuels my
work with every client I serve.
Youth Sports Coaching:
I've spent over a decade coaching youth sports, including soccer and volleyball from elementary to high school.
It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to spend quality time with my children in unique high-pressure and
social settings. My passion went beyond being a "parent coach"—it was to help young athletes develop their
skills, confidence, and sportsmanship.
My commitment has always been to stay prepared and keep learning myself. Earning my US Soccer D Coaching
License was more than just a credential; it represents a formal
commitment to learn how to
instruct,
motivate, and lead young players effectively.

Big Brothers Big Sisters Of America (BBBS):
As my children have grown more independent, I’ve shifted my focus toward community mentorship. Serving the
Washington DC Metropolitan area as a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a mentor, I aim to provide
consistency, safety, and the same intentional support and guidance I brought to the sports field—helping the
mentee child build the confidence to navigate their own paths.
Interview Prep Service:
I believe that the "insider knowledge" of the corporate world should be accessible to everyone, regardless of
their starting point. That’s why I dedicate a portion of my practice to providing pro-bono interview prep
workshops and 1-on-1 coaching for students at select local schools. Additional information is available at www.PrepForInterviews.com
